Mike Stephens

VP/GM Dometic Mobile Power Solutions

Originally part of the Powersource brand, Mike began his adventure with off-grid solar in 2002. Since then, he has been at the forefront of transforming Go Power! from a private label inverter line to the industry-leading, mobile-power manufacturer it is today.

Mark Spilsbury

RV Division Manager

Mark began his journey into off-grid, mobile-power systems as a co-op student for Soltek in 2001. Since then, he has brought Go Power!’s mobile-power innovation and education to hundreds of RV dealers and manufacturers throughout North America.

Sean O’Connor

Fleet Division Manager

Beginning with Soltek in 2001, Sean has been adapting solar technology to new markets for decades. Now the manager for the Fleet division of Go Power!, he spearheads clean-energy initiatives worldwide by eliminating idling and reducing battery waste.

Nick Ghinis

Director of Operations

A team member since 2010, Nick began when Go Power! was a member of the Carmanah brand. Ever since, he has managed logistics and supplier relations and has played a vital role in growing the company to where it is today.

Kyle Cameron, B.Eng

Engineering Manager

Kyle started with Go Power! in 2018, bringing with him over a decade of hands-on technical knowledge to lead the engineering team. His passion for technology and innovation is evident in every Go Power! product he works with.

Stuart Williams

Director of Finance - Mobile Power Solutions GP

Stu is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who brings decades of business and accounting acumen to the Go Power! team. Beginning in 2007 with the Carmanah brand, he has played an integral role in modernizing accounting, improving reporting and business analytics for the company.

Eva Mitic

Marketing Manager

Eva became a key member of the marketing team in 2016 under the Carmanah brand. Since taking on the role of Marketing Manager in 2017, she has strengthened Go Power!’s presence in several markets and brought awareness and education around mobile power solutions to new audiences worldwide.
