Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada.
Free shipping
Orders of $249 or more ship free. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. From time to time we run promotions with a lower free-shipping minimum; any current offer is shown on our site.
Shipping rates
Orders below the free-shipping amount pay a flat rate based on the order total:
- Under $50: $5.99
- $50 to $99.99: $9.99
- $100 to $149.99: $14.99
- $150 to $248.99: $19.99
You’ll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders ship via FedEx and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Lithium batteries
Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials for shipping, so they ship by ground freight. They may arrive separately from the rest of your order and can take longer than our standard delivery time. Lithium batteries are final sale once they ship; see our refund policy for details. Warranty coverage still applies.
Addresses we can’t ship to
FedEx requires a street address, so we can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
