The Go Power! ASW-R is the remote on/off switch for Advanced Sine Wave (ASW) inverters. Mount it in an easy-to-reach spot — a cabinet face, the entry door or beside the breaker panel — and run the 25 ft cable back to the inverter, so you can switch the inverter on and off without opening the battery bay.
Setup
Connect the cable to the inverter's remote switch port, then set the inverter's main ON/OFF/REMOTE switch to REMOTE. From then on the ASW-R turns the inverter on and off. Section 3.1 of the ASW manual covers the details.

Which inverters does the ASW-R work with?
Go Power! Advanced Sine Wave inverters: ASW-1200-12-TS, ASW-1800-12-TS and ASW-3000-12-TS. SSW inverters and AIC inverter/chargers use the SSW-R.
The remote doesn't turn the inverter on. What's wrong?
Check that the inverter's main ON/OFF/REMOTE switch is set to REMOTE. In the ON or OFF position the inverter ignores the remote switch.
Does it show inverter status?
No, it's an on/off switch. For status and settings, add a PowerTrak™ display.
