2023 Summer General RV Solar Promo
Terms and Conditions for Go Power! & General RV Solar Kit Promotion:
- Promotion Period/Limited Time Offer: The promotion will begin on June 1, 2023, and end on June 30, 2023, or when supplies run out, whichever comes first. Quantities are limited. All eligible purchases must be made during this period.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia (“D.C.”), US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of redemption.
- HOW TO PURCHASE To participate, eligible customers must purchase a qualifying solar kit, listed below, priced at $400 USD or more, at a General RV dealership location during the promotional period, while supplies last. Taxes, shipping, and other fees do not count towards the $400 minimum purchase requirement; only product values apply. Only purchases made during the promotion period will be considered for the promotion. Purchases made prior to or after the promotion period are not eligible for the promotion. The free DuraPack Portable Power Pack will be provided at the time of purchase, while supplies last.

- No Substitutions or Exchanges: The free DuraPack Portable Power Pack cannot be substituted or exchanged for any other product or cash value. If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a free DuraPack Portable Power Pack, the transaction can only be fully refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned. Otherwise, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the refund.
- Limitations: The promotion is limited to one free DuraPack Portable Power Pack per customer, per purchase of a solar kit of $400 USD or more at a General RV dealership location. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Placing multiple orders does not entitle you to more than one free DuraPack Portable Power Pack.
- Reservation of Rights; Errors/Omissions: General RV reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time without notice. General RV is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions of this promotion.
- Additional Terms: This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. General RV reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Disclaimer of Liability: By participating in this promotion, customers agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless General RV, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the use of the free gift. Furthermore, General RV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged DuraPack Portable Power Packs, and will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

- Choice of law/Forum Selection Clause: This promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any dispute arising from this promotion shall be courts having exclusive jurisdiction over Oakland County, Michigan.
- Privacy: by participating in this promotion, customers agree to General RV’s privacy policy and to receive promotional emails and other communications from General RV. Customers may opt out ay any time.
