PRODUCT DETAILS
The Go Power! GP-ISW1500-12 is a 1500-watt, 12-volt industrial pure sine wave inverter for RVs, boats, work trucks and fleet vehicles. It delivers the same clean power as a wall outlet, with a 2,650 W surge rating to start motors and compressors, and two GFCI outlets.
Good for: a microwave, coffee maker, power tools and larger kitchen loads. A Powersave mode cuts idle draw, and the output voltage is DIP-switch selectable from 100 to 120 VAC.
For a proper install, pair it with the GP-DC-KIT3 install kit (1100–1800 W) and an optional GP-SWR-A remote.

FAQ
What can a 1500-watt inverter run?
Anything whose running watts stay under 1,500 W and whose start-up surge stays under 2,650 W. Typical uses: a microwave, coffee maker, power tools and larger kitchen loads.
Pure sine wave or modified sine wave?
Pure sine wave is the same clean power as a wall outlet and runs TVs, laptops, CPAPs, microwaves and chargers quietly and at full efficiency. Modified sine wave is fine for tools and lights but can buzz or damage sensitive electronics. This model is pure sine wave.
Which install kit do I need?
GP-DC-KIT3 (1100–1800 W), which includes the Class T fuse, fuse block and 10 ft battery cables.
How much battery current does it draw?
About 139 A from a 12 V bank at full 1,500 W load. Keep the inverter close to the batteries and use the cable gauge from the install kit.
Is there a 24 V version?
Yes. The GP-ISW series comes in 12 V and 24 V; check the input voltage of your battery bank before ordering.
What is the warranty?
Two years against defects in materials and workmanship, backed by Go Power!'s North American support team (part of Dometic).
